LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST

1.- ORGANIZING COMPANY OF THE PROMOTION
De Antonio Yachts
The company De Antonio Yachts, located at Calle Avenir 8 and identified with the number B65770968, organizes the Advent Calendar Contest of international scope, in accordance with the provisions set out in the participation requirements section. The purpose of this contest is to reward the loyalty of the brand's followers.

2.- START AND END DATES
The Promotion will begin on 12/01/2024 and will end on 12/24/2024.

3.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND MECHANICS OF THE PROMOTION
The participation requirements will be as follows:

  • Participants must reside in European countries where the company has distribution and be over 18 years of age.

  • Only participants who own an Instagram account may enter.

  • Only participants who follow the corporate Instagram account of De Antonio Yachts (@deantonioyachts) may enter.

  • Participants must correctly answer the question posed.

  • Participants may only enter with a single Instagram profile. If it is detected that a participant is entering with multiple Instagram profiles, they will be disqualified.

  • Even if participants answer multiple times, only one entry will be considered valid.

  • The winner will be the one who answers correctly and the fastest.

 

4.- CONTEST TERMS AND PRIZES
The winner will be notified directly. The prize will consist of one branded item from De Antonio Yachts per day. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize, nor can it be subject to change or alteration. The contest and the awarding of the prize are subject to applicable tax regulations.

 

5.- DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES
If it is evident that any participant does not meet the requirements established in the terms or provides invalid data for participation, their entry will be considered null, and they will be automatically excluded from the promotion, losing any right to the prizes awarded.

 

6.- COMMENTS OR OPINIONS POSTED
Comments or opinions deemed inappropriate, offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory, or that could infringe the rights of third parties, will not be permitted. Comments that infringe on the rights to honor, personal and family privacy, or self-image will also not be allowed. We are not responsible for any damages caused by participants' comments during the promotion that may offend the sensitivity of others. Participation and comments made during the promotion must not, under any circumstances, violate Instagram's Community Guidelines or Terms of Use.

 

7.- DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
By way of example but not limitation, we are not responsible for possible losses, thefts, delays, or other circumstances attributable to third parties that may affect the development of the promotion. Similarly, we are not responsible for the participant's use of the prize obtained in this promotion. We are not liable for events of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances that could prevent the promotion from being carried out or the prize from being fully or partially enjoyed.

 

8.- PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), by accepting these terms, each participant consents to their personal data being included in a database owned by the company for the purpose of managing the contest, publicizing the results, and handling prize delivery. Participants are informed that they can exercise their rights to Access, Rectification, Deletion, Objection, Restriction of Processing, Data Portability, and to not be subject to automated individual decisions by sending an email to info@deantonioyachts.com or by mail to Calle Avenir 8, Barcelona, attaching a copy of an identification document in both cases.

 

9.- CHANGES AND ACCEPTANCE
We reserve the right to modify or expand these promotional terms to the extent that such changes do not prejudice or undermine participants' rights in the promotion. Participation in the contest implies full acceptance of these legal terms and conditions. Participation also entails acceptance of Instagram's rules and terms of use, as the contest is conducted through this platform.

 

10.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These legal terms are governed in accordance with Spanish law. Courts and tribunals in the participants' city of residence will have jurisdiction over any claims or disputes arising from the validity, interpretation, or enforcement of these terms.
